With 15 years of know-how, the Absim company is established at the heart of the argan plantation, close to the city of Essaouira and to the people involved in working for our production unit.
These conditions allow us to produce organic argan oil with unrivalled qualities and flavours.
We offer four argan oil qualities:
- Natural argan oil for cosmetic and food use
- Roasted argan oil for food use
- Deodorised cosmetic oil
- Conventional oil
Organic argan oil for food use
The organic roasted or natural argan oil for food use has interesting dietary and nutritional properties. The oleic-linoleic acid inside is said to be essential as it cannot be synthesised by the human body and must then be provided by food.
Furthermore, the pharmaceutical industry indicated that the oleic acid in the argan oil played a major role in lowering blood cholesterol levels and reducing cardiovascular disease rates.
Our toasted or natural argan oils are made from the best-harvested fruits of the Essaouira region and with passion.
The kernels, crushed manually by the women of the Souss Massâdraa region, have been cold-pressed to produce high quality oil that has decanted during a few weeks before being filtered thanks to a unique process, giving it this great taste.
Organic argan oil for cosmetic use, natural or deodorised
Thanks to its tocopherols, cosmetic argan oil is ideal to fight the drying and the ageing of the skin. This oil is highly prized in the cosmetic industry, which uses it in many health care and massage products. Laboratories also add it to hair product, nail care and soap formulas.
Extracted by first cold pressure, pure argan oil is a cosmetic oil that rehydrates and regenerates the cells of the epidermis. The oil has a hydro lipid layer restoration effect and increases the nutritional intake for the dermis and the epidermis.
